We do provide bowling shoes for those that do not have suitable footwear. If players choose to wear their own footwear, flat-soled footwear is required when playing. We do not permit open toed shoes, flip flops or high heels.
The bowling balls should be picked up carefully. Do not touch the bowling balls on the rack whilst waiting for another bowling ball to return. This may cause your fingers to get trapped between bowling balls. If the bowling ball does not return, please ask a member of the team for assistance.
Do not step on the bowling lane.

Food and drink must only be consumed in the seating areas adjacent to the bowling lanes. Do not consume food or drink whilst bowling.
All persons are responsible for their own safety. Persons under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+). Child rates apply to any persons up to 17 years old.
For children’s birthday party bookings, we follow the NSPCC guidelines. 4 – 8 years – one adult to six children. 9 – 13 years – one adult to eight children. It is an adult’s responsibility to supervise children at all times.
If you are playing in a manner that is deemed reckless, or dangerous, you will be asked to leave the premises. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to our property or equipment.
Customers cannot bring their own darts.
All guests must be 18+ to play, and proof of ID may be required.
We expect all customers to play darts safely. Do not point or throw a dart at anybody. Do not stand near the dartboard when somebody is throwing. Do not walk in front of a dart board when people are playing. Always stand behind the person(s) playing.
